Who is responsible

When you simply visit the site

The website has no logging, analytics or tracking of its own. The fonts are hosted on the site itself.

The site is hosted by Domene.no AS on servers in Norway. The provider may keep operational and security logs containing IP address, browser information and the time of the request. Logs are kept for as long as necessary for operations and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

When you send us a message through the contact form

We receive what you enter in the form and the time it was sent. Sending us a message is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to you. The form stores nothing in a database. The message is sent as an email from our web host Domene.no AS (Norway) to our inbox at Domeneshop AS (Norway).

We use the information only to reply to you. The legal basis is that you have requested contact (art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying (art. 6(1)(f)). We delete the correspondence 12 months after the last contact. If the enquiry leads to an agreement or an invoice, we keep accounting records for 5 years after the financial year (the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act § 13).

Who receives the data

  • Domene.no AS (hosting of the website and sending of the contact form email), on servers in Norway.
  • Domeneshop AS (email), which processes the email on its own servers in Norway.

We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and make no automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and a copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to personvern@kndw.no. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (www.datatilsynet.no).

We update this policy when something changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
